Tania Bailey & Paul Carter will talk you through the modern squash demands of efficient movement and the ability to play from both legs. In this practical session you’ll explore movement patterns that improve court coverage, develop players’ ability to hit comfortably off either leg and understand how to take the ball earlier by playing on the rise to put opponents under pressure.
