Reasonable adjustments
We want everyone to feel welcome and able to take part fully. If there’s anything we can do to make your experience easier or more comfortable, let us know using our quick reasonable adjustments form: reasonable adjustments request form. Our policy can be found below.
Once you’ve completed this course, as long as you have your enhanced DBS, safeguarding certificate and first aid, you can start leading activities at your local mosque or in your own setting for muslim communities of any age.
How do I get a DBS check?
If you don’t already hold an enhanced DBS you will need to start the application process by completing the following form: DBS application form
Once you submit this form, England Squash will review and begin your application with our DBS provider, Know Your People. This may take up to five working days. You’ll then receive an email with instructions to complete your application. Please note, it can take up to 60 days from completing the application for the DBS to be granted.
If you already hold an Enhanced DBS check for the child workforce through another organisation and are registered with the DBS Update Service, please do not complete a new application form. Instead, upload your documentation via the compliance area on your learning account page. You’ll need the certificate from your original DBS check to complete this process.
