How do I open the course menu?

To open the course menu, click on the three horizontal lines (☰) located in the top left-hand corner of the course page. This will open the menu so you can easily navigate through the course.

To close the menu, simply click the three lines again, and the menu will reduce in size, providing more space for the course content.

How can I mark the course as complete?

Once you have completed the course, simply close it down. You will then return back to the lesson page here. At that point, you should click the Mark Complete button below. If it isn't clickable yet, simply refresh the page. If you're still having issues, clearing your browser cache should resolve the problem.

What can I do if my course progress won't update?

Sometimes, the system may take a few minutes to update once you have clicked on the "Mark Complete" button. The system will only update your progress once you've finished the course. You can leave the course and return at any point, and you will continue from where you left off. However, course progress will remain at zero until you’ve finished the course and clicked the "Mark Complete" button.

If after 10 minutes, the course is still not showing as complete, you may need to clear your browser cache using your browser’s settings.

What should I do if the course content isn't loading?

If the course content is not loading, please try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, ensure that you have a stable internet connection or try clearing your browser's cache.

How can I track my progress in the course?

You can track your progress through the course menu. Your progress will be updated as you complete lessons and activities. The "Mark Complete" button will appear when you've finished a module.
