DBS application form

Name(Required)
A Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) enhanced check is mandatory for all coaches taking an England Squash coaching qualification, and for referees who wish to be appointed to events. This is the highest level of check for anyone regularly working with children or adults at risk.

Once you’ve submitted the form, we’ll review it and create your user account with our DBS provider, Know Your People. You’ll receive an email within five working days with instructions to activate your account, complete your application and verify your ID documents.
If you already hold an Enhanced DBS check for the child workforce through another organisation and are registered with the DBS Update Service, please do not complete a new application form. Instead, upload your documentation via the DBS Status section on your Learning Portal. You’ll need the certificate from your original DBS check to complete this process.
