- Players stand in a circle with one player in the middle.
What to do:

Coaching Tips
- Track the ball closely and stay on the balls of your feet for adjustment.
- Engage your core for stability; avoid overreaching in lunges.
- Maintain a relaxed grip and absorb impact for control.
- Use a smooth swing height and finish follow-through toward your target.
Make it easier
- Begin with a simple throw-and-catch version.
- Allow the ball to bounce more than once.
- Use a sponge ball.
Make it harder
- Middle player may hit to anyone except the feeder to keep players on their toes.
- Compete against another team for most consecutive shots or first to a set number.
Safety
Use the STEP framework—Space, Time, Equipment, and People—to adapt any activity for your players.
